You must acknowledge and agree that a supplier reserves the right to update any of the system-generated AutoQuotes at any time with the updated price without any prior notice.

An email shall be deemed to be received when a representative of the business will read it within 24 hours if it is received during working hours and else in 72 hours in case of the weekend holidays and in case of public holidays it will be considered within 48 hours upon opening of the business after public holidays.

In case of any court of competent authority declares any provision of these Terms & Conditions unenforceable or void in whole or in part, the remainder of the affected provisions and rest of these Terms & Conditions shall continue to be valid and shall not consider as affected, void, invalid, or unenforceable.

If a right or remedy is provided by these Terms & Conditions or by the law and it failed to exercise, it shall not be construed as a waiver of other rights or remedies.
